Zones Plugin

The celix Zones Plugin enables the JIRA administrator to define zones (structured user groups) which then be used to partition access to one or multiple projects. This allows fine grained, but (yet) easy to manage, permission management for JIRA issues.

Column Order Gadget Plugin

The celix Column Order Gadget Plugin enables a new gadget with a user-defined order of columns (Column Order Gadget). It overcomes the restrictions of the current alphabetical order in the JIRA "Filter Results" gadget and allows the adaptation of the columns display to the users needs. It supports the usage of the column order saved with the filter as well as the default order of the user.

Mail History

This Mail History plugins tracks all E-Mails that are sent on a per-issue basis. It supports Jira notifications, JSD notifications, JEMH and Email This Issue. The mail log can be viewed in the tab panel of each issue.

Queue Collapse Plugin for JIRA Service Desk

The celix Queue Collapse Plugin for JIRA Service Desk enables to group your Service Desk Queues. By using a  symbol (downwards arrow with tip rightwards) in the name of a queue it becomes a child queue that can be collapsed. This helps to keep an overview over a complicated queue structure.
